Is it really effective or not? Is it hard or easy? Is it good or bad?
These are some questions that us beginners ask ourselves when we talk about home workouts but as someone who tried it, I’ll tell you it’s worth to do!
At first I am so lazy to do it because it takes so much work plus the busy schedule that I have hinders me to do so however after thinking about it a lot of time, I made it! And it’s one of the best thing that I did during this pandemic that I will never regret.
Try home workouts!
When we hear workouts the first thing that pops in our minds are workout equipments like treadmill or dumbbells and most of the people does not have that but that will not stop you from working out anymore because in today’s situation it is hardly to go outside and the only choice that’s left is to do home workouts!
In the first day that I did workout in home is not so easy. In the first day also I did download some apps for a set of exercise that I can do in home and I did browse in the internet for some warm-ups to do before doing the exercises.
It was a little bit fun and challenging to do especially when you have a goal to achieve. I did got some bruise and sprain but it is not so serious case that makes me not to do it after the day.
The days passed and I got the hang of it and my body got used to it so it is becoming easy and fun to do for me. My weak legs improved and my arms, I also feel so energetic after doing some workouts.
It is not easy in the first try since you are a beginner in all of the phase but as you maintain in doing it, it will become a lot easier and more fun to do! I highly recommend doing home workouts especially during this pandemic when we all do is staying in our home and doing minimal stuffs.
